Wonderland- Creative Enterprise Zone
Creative Enterprise Zone | "Wonderland" mural
September 2020
During the pandemic I had the opportunity to paint my first solo exterior mural for Creative Enterprise Zone. The mural was dedicated to my daughter Alice (Now my son AL). Check it out, it's located at 809 Carleton Street in the Saint Anthony neighborhood of Saint Paul, Minnesota.
This was my very first mural. It's a coming of age story, discovery and the joys, the angst of youth...but most importantly, it's about the testament of a mother's love. I love you Al.

HOME
The Point Vietnamese Market & Restaurant is located in Steven's Point, Wisconsin. The establishment is owned and operated by a kind and hardworking Hmong family.
I painted this piece for CREATE Portage County. It is near and dear to my heart. A homage to the Hmong refugee settlers that have worked hard to root and nurture our existence wherever we may land.

Joyful World - Minnesota State Fair
Since 2021, the Minnesota State Fair has presented the Joyful World Mural Park in partnership with Forecast Public Art and with support from the Minnesota State Fair Foundation. I had the pleasure of joining the first group of muralists/artists to paint live during the MN state fair.
The Grieving Wall
This was one of the largest scale mural I have completed solo, August 2024.
"The search for our origins in the universe, the source of life and eath in the spirit of water and medicine that is cedar...
The mural that is bordered by Ghia's Garden is a grieving wall.
It is an interpretation of the grief we carry with us. It's been a difficult journey for those of us involved as we experience loss in different ways." - Kris Sorensen, ED In Progress
Located in the Northend neighborhood at 213 Front Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55117

Bubbly's Bubble Tea
My brother commissioned me to paint a fun mural at his restaurant January 2021. Located in the tiny town of Marion, North Carolina where some of the first Hmong settlers still reside.
East Side Pride
Caydence Records and Coffee
This was the most chill, memorable and grassroots mural I still boast about. One of the owners, Mat, gathered some local artists together, raised money through GoFundMe and boom! In no time we were on a giant lift working away. They even had a concert on the scissor lift after we were done painting.
I've met some of my favorite people through our love and practice of the arts.
